Very ripe black fruits (blackberry, blueberries) rest on the delicious notes of smoked and roasted from the French barrel. The taste is highly structured; it is sweet, round, and long on the palate, where after the first powerful entry of ripe fruit, the balsamic wood appears, with sweet tannins that surround the fruit, highlighting it.
