On the nose, we find a range of complexity that ranges from the fruit to its aging aromas. Very ripe black fruits (blackberry, blueberries) rest on the delicious notes of smoked and roasted from the French barrel. The taste is highly structured; it is sweet, round, and long on the palate, where after the first powerful entry of ripe fruit, the balsamic wood appears, with sweet tannins that surround the fruit, highlighting it.

Wine with a fruity character, with notes of ripe cherry, plums, and currants. Some smoky and earthy touches stand out, with a touch of fresh grass that adds tension to the wine. Very well integrated tannins and balsamic acidity provide structure.

On the nose, it is very expressive, with intense aromas of wild blackberries and cherry blossoms, with hints of aromatic herbs such as thyme and sage, wrapped in elegant aromas of cedar, leather, cloves, and toasted bread, coming from its aging in French oak barrels. In the mouth, it is fleshy, powerful, with good structure and elegant tannin, with a long, balanced and harmonious finish.

Straw yellow color, with greenish hues, clean, bright and transparent. On the nose, it is elegant, with great intensity, appearing at first balsamic and varietal aromas such as fennel, hay, cut grass, and anise, which give way to hints of citrus and white fruit. In the mouth, it is wide, fresh, with intense acidity, keeping the perfect balance with the sugar.

On the nose, it shows all the potential of the pure varietal, compote red fruits and interesting reminiscences of fine herbs (Thyme). In the mouth, its volume stands out, confirming all the red fruit that we previously perceived on the nose and with a roundness in the mouth that amazes for such a young wine.

It has an elegant and broad nose, with floral and balsamic tones, with a predominance of fresh red fruit accompanied by subtle toffee tones. In the mouth, that youth stands out again with the predominance of that fresh red fruit. The finish is sweet and persistent, along with very well integrated tannins.

Straw yellow in colour. On the nose, we find a good intensity of aromas, appearing at first tropical notes such as mango and pineapple accompanied by slight hints of citrus and herbaceous details. On the palate, the wine is dry, with good acidity that brings freshness, elegant but nervous.
